Article 1:
Driving the Karts must be done correctly. The time granted by the ticket may be terminated, with the total loss of the ticket’s value, without the right to a claim for any of the following reasons:
- Leaving the track.
- Colliding with the safety barriers.
- Blocking or failing to yield.
- Pushing other vehicles in motion.
- Ignoring the signals from the staff.
- Dangerous driving.
- Remaining in the Pits (dangerous area) or for other justified reasons as determined by the track manager.
Article 2:
It is strictly prohibited to remain in the Pits area. Once the ticket is purchased, you must wait for your turn behind the protective barrier. Offenders will be responsible for any damage they may suffer due to this non-compliance. You may only enter or exit the Pits area when directed by track staff, losing the ticket’s value if done without proper authorization. Remember, for your own safety: DO NOT STAY IN THE PITS AREA!
Article 3:
Smoking is prohibited in the Pits area and while driving the Karts.
Article 4:
In case of an accident, the Kart user must pay for the damage caused to their vehicle and others.
Article 5:
Wearing a protective helmet is mandatory. The helmet will be provided by the karting facility before starting the activity and must be securely fastened. Additionally, appropriate clothing must be worn by the user.
Article 6:
Throwing objects from moving Karts is prohibited, such as: footwear, glasses, clothing, helmets, etc.
Article 7:
In case of kart breakdown, if it becomes immobilized at any point on the circuit, do not get out of it or cross the track on foot as it is very dangerous. Raise your hand and wait to be assisted by our staff.
Article 8:
EVENTS KARTS constantly ensures that the Karts are in optimal condition. However, if you believe your vehicle is not performing as desired, stop in the Pits after the first lap. Do not wait until the end of the session to make your complaint, as we will be unable to accept it since the experience will have been consumed. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied.
Article 9:
The company may cancel any ticket (refunding its amount before boarding the Karts) if deemed necessary due to intoxication, not meeting the required age or height, or for any other just cause.
Article 10:
The company reserves the right to sell tickets outside of the scheduled hours for the following reasons: weather conditions, lighting deficiencies, or force majeure. These will be refunded or rescheduled for another date.
Article 11:
The ticket price is per person. Therefore, it is not possible to share the experience among multiple users.
Article 12:
Karts must be driven correctly, yielding to those who wish to overtake. Overtaking must be done only if it does not endanger safety, in order to avoid accidents.
Article 13:
You cannot board the Karts without an approved and properly fastened helmet. Individuals with long hair must have it tied up and inside the helmet.
Article 14:
No part of your body may leave the kart.
Article 15:
You cannot board the Karts without footwear or with inappropriate footwear such as flip-flops.
Article 16:
You cannot board the Karts with hanging clothing such as scarves or shawls, or other items that may cause damage.
Article 17:
EVENTS KARTS is not responsible for items that users may lose during the Kart driving. The facility provides lockers for users to store their belongings.
This regulation has been fully approved by EVENTS KARTS. We aim to select our distinguished clientele and ensure their safety at all times. For any complaints, please contact the circuit director who will gladly assist you.
