ONLINE PURCHASE REFUND

When purchasing any of our products online, the customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full or partial refund of the amount paid for the activities purchased. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via email at info@kartingcardedeu.com. The refund will be made via bank transfer. If the 15-day period expires without the refund being requested, the customer will have a maximum period of 6 months from the date of purchase to carry out the activity, but under no circumstances will the amount paid be refunded. Additionally, once the 6-month period has passed, the possibility of using the purchase will be permanently lost.
